I approach the facilitation process with a steadfast belief that
the seeds of the solution are already in the room, in the minds of
your people. My job is to create an environment in which
those seeds can emerge and take root.
Through a series
of facilitation techniques – both borrowed and home-grown – I help
unearth a deeper understanding of the challenge and a broad range
of potential solutions. The process is dynamic, upbeat and above
all else, productive.
